Strange problem with Video card/Mobo. Help!

First off, my specs:

GPU: EVGA 8800 Ultra
Mobo: EVGA 680i A-1
PS: PCP&C 750W Quad Silencer

Here's the problem: About 90% of the time I boot up, I get the longer beep and the error code ends on 7F. I'll press F1 and it'll boot up, however, there is no display on the monitor. Windows will start as I can hear the startup sound through the speakers.

However, it once booted normally with display. I'm confused. Loose connection somewhere?

I have tried:
all the PCI-E slots,
taking entire system apart and reassembling
booting with nothing but CPU, RAM, and video card connected
RMA'd the card but does same thing w/new card.
