Strange problem with my hard drives.

I have just reinstalled windows and I have 3 drives. For some reason windows seems to think they are removable drives or something. Here is a picture for explanation. I have never seen this before and want it to go away. If anyone knows why its doing this please help me out.

I have never seen that show up before. It only showed up after I did a reformat. Is there anyway I can make it go away?
