Strange OC'ing problem, help needed

I recently got myself a p4 2.8C setup. My problem is that when I overclock my FSB higher than 220 or so I start to get 3d corruption (looks like what happens when I OC my vid card's mem too high). The vid card is not overclocked (when I am testing), and I think that it has something to do with the system memory (even though it passes memtest86?). I can raise the FSB to 245 on a 5:4 ratio, but anything higher than 220 causes the artifacting at 1:1. Can anyone offer any help?

pci/agp buses locked @ 66/33
MSI 865PE NEO FIS2R
2.8c
Radeon 9800np
Kingston HyperX PC3500 (2x512)
SB Audigy

thanks, Adam

isn't that memory only rated for 217fsb? if you're stuck on 1:1 overclocking, raise the memory voltage a little, and see if that helps.

pumped the voltage up to 3.2v, still does the same thing. I'm confused as to why it doesn't fail memtest86.

it doesn't fail memtest because there aren't any errors on the chips. u're simply reaching the speed limit of ur ram. try raising the agp voltage or somethin

nope, agp voltage doesn't help either. Has anybody else ever had a similar problem?
