Well recently my 200gig Seagate started making what id call, ultra sonic frequencies. It only becomes noticable when the activity is about 100%. Ive only had one other drive die on me before, and it was from the Hard Drive being in my car when i rolled it 3 times. Lol

Basically im concerned because I can never get through Seagates tech support, and this drive is barely 4 months old.

Is she going on me or what?

These sounds are quite normal. HDD always tend to become noisier then in the beginning. It may be an imagination issue, while getting on with the noise and striving for lower levels of noise, but who knows. All my HDD are getting noisier and scratch more. You should be waiting for "clings", but not infrasonic sounds. In a matter of fact, those are 7200 round per minute, i.e. 120 per sec - won't you go infrasonic if driven so? :)
