Strange Issue with Multi GPU setup?

I have my HTPC setup now and its crunching away.
But one of the three 275's is working just awfully slow.
I thought it wasnt working at all then I left it for about 30 minutes and it started on a WU.

And when I mean slow, like 250PPD, 5 minutes between steps.

Do I just have a bad WU?

Its P5747(R0, C36, G568)

What frequency is the GPU running at? Sometimes they won't pop up to full speed and stay in 2D mode. Do you have SLI enabled? I know there was some sort of fix where you didn't have to disable SLI to fold but don't know the details.

EDIT: So its running on the Nvidias but for some reason GPU0 is just not working right.
I might try installing x64 Win7

its stuck in 2d mode thats why.. check and make sure you have the display extended or disable 2d mode completely..

and he accidentally set the GPU flag to the 4670, while ignoring the last 275.

My 275 still gets atleast 3k PPD in 2D mode.

Yea I was mistaken......thats why theres the ninja edit

GPU0 - GTX 275 SLOW
GPU1 - GTX 275 Fast
GPU2 - GTX 275 Fast
GPU3 - 4670 - NOT Folding

I had a similar issue on the last boxen I put together, but remembered that I still had the graphical client running on the same box as the console clients, and it was conflicting with my GPU0 (should've just reformatted the whole HD). I uninstalled the graphical client and also re-seated the card during the same pit stop, and that fixed the problem.
