Strange green line on bootup?

Now, I'm not totally sure why this only happens on bootup, but in the very upper left hand corner of my screen I get a tiny green line thats I'd say... 4 pixels long. now I know that I have my card OCed but wouldn't I see this happen all the time if it was unstable? Why would it only show up in that same exact spot every time, and only on bootup?

As soon as I open a mid sized window anywhere on the screen it goes away and never comes back until reboot. So anyone know if I should be concerned about this or just let it be?

Personally it doesn't bug me since it never comes back other then when I 1st reboot.
