Hey, Everybody

I would like to know a couple of things.

1) What are expansion slots and how do they determine how many video cards you can fit inside your case. For example a case with 7 expansion slots would be able to fit 2 gpus if they are 3 slots big right.

2) Also how many gpus can the storm enforcer fit into it. It is a mid-tower case.

3) Finally would it be able to fit a gtx 580 asus edition or a gtx 570 asus edition.

4) What are expansion slots?

Thanks everybody. The case link is

and for the gpu is

thanks everybody

For fitting cards inside the case, you must know the length. a friend of mine has one, and suprisingly, they fit things nicely. its sort of a short long case.

With 7 expansion slots, you should be able to fit 3 graphics cards assuming each takes 2 places, I think it depends on motherboard tho.

Expansion slots are basically the place where all the various PCI/PCI-E things you place on the motherboard stick out of the case. Most mid-tower cases have 7, and a few have 8.

For how much a case can fit, it depends on the motherboard and GPU's honestly. If the GPU's are dualslot cards, and the motherboard has x16 slots every other slot, then yes, you would be able to fit 3. (though for various reasons, the mobo would likely only accept 2). For the case, the main thing is the length. So if the case has 10 inches of space, and the card is 11 inches long, no it can't fit.

According to your links, the GFX card is 11.5 inches long, and the case has 10.5 inches of space, so no, the enforcer cannot fit the GFX cards linked.

Mid-tower, so it has the space (expansion slot-wise).

From the case link:
Maximum Compatibility CPU cooler height: 175mm
VGA card length: 270mm (with HDD cage)
390mm (without HDD cage)

So long as your motherboard will take 2 cards, you should be good to go, IMHO.
