I know its good to store parts in conductive containers to dissipate static and such, but would it be a good or bad idea to ground such a container?

I'm thinking of making some storage space to hang under my desk for all my computer components to keep them and tools all organized. I was thinking of making it all with angle aluminum and sheet aluminum, and the question about grounding popped into my head.

Don't ground it. Just put the parts in ESD bags like you're supposed to and call it a deal.
