Sticky?

Nothing mayor, but i was just wondering how does a thread get a stick on it, does the thread starter do it, or does a forum Admin or something, so just wondering, thanks.

Admins and mods can sticky threads. If a thread is going well and serves a purpose that may include useful/helpful links or info that a mod or admin comes across that a forum member starts, then they may sticky it.

why dose it happen? Well it's usually something importnat, that they want you to read, like the rules Who dose it? Administrators and Mods. Topic starters cannot sticky.
