CPU-Z reports:
Pentium 4 2.8GHz
Family: F
Model: 2
Stepping: 9
Ext. Family: 0
Ext. Model: 0
Revision: D1

So, my very dumb question (sorry) is:
Is this a D1 stepping, and is this revision supposed to be good?

Andrew

D1 is one of the last Northwood steppings. D1 stepping Northwoods went all the way up to 3.4ghz. The only other comparable Northwood stepping is M0 which is only available in the 2.8C, 2.4C, and 2.4B.

Sorry, still confused.
Are you saying mine is a D1?
Because it is a 2.8C.
