I believe all of the songs in the retail DDR games are copyrighted and cannot be downloaded "legally". So unfortunately it would require a visit to the dark underbelly of the internet which is not a topic that can be discussed here.
There are many good free songs out there to be downloaded -- a good place to start would be ddrfreak.com. They have a large forum dedicated to Stepmainia.
