Picked these up on Friday to try em. I can say one word: awful. While the physical design is decent, they feel cheaply built, and the incredibly tiny cables will surely fray at an early point in their life. The sound quality left a lot to be desired. All bass, no mids, and muted highs.

I wouldn't recommend these to anyone at the asking price (C$100). Bested by the $10 Koss KSC75 by a very large margin. In terms of gaming headsets, a cheap $20-30 Plantronics set embarasses the Steelseries.
