Thanks Nathan, I've been a bit pre-occupied with a few things and was going to investigate this earlier when I first noticed it.

UPDATE: THe machine is back on line. We've gotten the basics back up, but there may be a few hiccups that need to be fixed (mainly some auto updates may need kick-starting). The worst is over, but we'll keep an eye on this during the day.
