StartupRepair Offline/ NoOsInstalled need help booting into Win 7 Ultimate

ok suddenly I cannot boot into windows
so I put a original win7 ultimate disk go into repair
after it does it thing it says this under detials:


Cannot reapair this computer automatically

Problem signature:

so I dont know whats wrong been reading some forums

tried going under System Recovery Options into command promt

did this

Diskpart
List Disks
Select Disk 0
List Partitions (look for small partition possibly around 100MB ususlly partition 1)
Select Partition 1
active
exit
reboot

so activated my partition then I did this:

Bootrec.exe /FixMbr

Bootrec.exe /FixBoot

Bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd


still didnt work and I cannot boot into windows Safe mode doesnt work, last configuration optoing doesnt work. System Restore also does not work

I am stuck and have no idea what to do;

Can someone please help?
 
I'm going through a similar situation with my wife's PC. i wonder if Windows 7's Startup Repair ever actually works.
 
If you are in the recovery console, do you see the partition with windows? Have you tried doing sfc /scannow /offbootdir=<windows drive - e.g. d:\> /offwindir=<windows drive>\windows
 
bootrec /scan
I think? There's a switch to scan for an OS installation.

Although I'm guessing that during the booting in to repair it Is finding the OS instance
 
tried it but now I get this message

File: mvs91xx.sys
Status: 0xc0000098

how do I fix that problem, looks like marvel driver is corrupt or something what to do now?
