startup entry in xp

I would liek to know if it is safe to uncheck this? I have no idea what it is. It is completely blank.

sure uncheck it all no biggie.. you can tell what it is by scrolling to the location to the right..

it doesnt tell me what it is. is the same ending with "run" as the other entries.

Just disable it then.

You can disable every single thing on that page if you wanted to... they are just startup programs, not Windows' services.

Typically, a blank entry is something left behind by a software uninstall. We all know how well uninstallers work. It will be safe to delete.

I have a very similar startup item and, yes, it's safe to disable it. The same goes for everything else on that list, as someone else has already mentioned.
