Start Up Items, messed

Every time I log in all my startup items in my Startup item folder open twice. No, I'm not that stupid, they aren't in both start up item folders. This mostly come into a problems with trillian, I have tried removing it from the startup items then having trillian reinsert it into startup items. But it still open twice on login.

I have tried a few different tools for managing startup items to make shore its not in any other startup location.

Has anyone had a similar problem, its not only with trillian, it also happens with getright.

I tried that as well as AnVir Task Manager, both of them show it as starting twice but if I disable one the other one also gets disabled.
