Start bar and minimized program problem

I was messing around with rocket dock and deskspace. Also windows blinds. didn't apply anything in windows blinds but something messed up my start bar and minimized programs.

yellow= where my programs are. There a scroll bar even!

Red= where i would like them to be.

Anyone know how to get it back to where it will be spread out?

Unlock the task bar and see if you can move the areas around.
