With no antivirus installed my laptop will go on standby with no problems with my Linksys wireless adapter/card plugged in, but if I try the same with antivirus installed my screen turns black and just hangs and I have to manually restart. However, if I unplug my wireless card before standing by it will work. Any thoughts on how I can enable my laptop to go on standby with both antivirus installed and my wireless card plugged in? I have tried both Norton and AVG. I would really appreciate any help! Thanks so much!
