So, I have figured out that i am going to either mod a window onto the side of my stacker, or create an entire acrylic side panel. Just wondering, do you think it would be easier to create an acrylic side panel? and if so, what kind of tools would i need to make it.

You can get a stock windowed side panel for the stacker, however, there is one problem IMHO. It shows TOO much. I think the window is cut too far towards the front of the case and shows too much of the drive bays. All you see is this big grey metal drive cage. I would modify the side panel that came with it.
