Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Awesome! Must be time consuming poking all the holes out though so the case can still breathe through the mesh! I also have an 830 Stacker. How much? Website? Designs?
I have about 5 designs so far and I am going to add about 10 more next week.
The prices are $96 (shipped). You cut them to fit your case and then wrap them. It can get tricky and you have to use a small torch (heat and stretch technique they use for car wraps). I paid $30 plus $3 for the propane/torch setup in the picture below. This was my first wrap and it took 2 hours (well worth it and it would look flawless in a magazine ad). The printed material is actual car wrap vinyl with overlaminate. If you check any sign shop they will charge at least $20 and up per square foot of this stuff, its the best on the market and high gloss. I only charge a fraction of that because I want to sell as many as I can to get my business well known and show people what I can do. I have ebay auctions if you want to check them out. Thanks for your comments and interest, its much appreciated!! Email me at rick@ridicgraphics.com for any questions. And I can do any custom design you want, just send me your graphics.
Well I'm interested. I have a fansite I run for a upcoming MMORPG and I'd like to wrap a case, probably a CM590, with a design made from artwork from the game. Not sure about the cost, though.
If it wasn't so damn cool looking this thread would be closed by now probably, lol.
I would like to do one case and a laptop top with the same design, maybe. What type of adhesive is used? Could it be used on my case and laptop without ruining the factory finish?
The vinyl is the same used on car wraps which is completely removable without leaving the sticky residue leftover. However, if it sat for a few years in the sun it may leave some residue on the laptop or pc case.
