Stability problems x800xt

My system:

AMD64 3000+ @ 2550 stock voltage
OZC DDR400 2 2 2 5
X800XT Stock speeds

Homemade Liquid cooling, DD 12v pump, black ice radiator, homemade Pelt. coolant chilling system. CPU temp 10'C under full load

The PC is stable, I can run Aquamark/3d mark with no problems. I can run 48hr loops of prime 95, with no problems. Where I run into trouble is the video system wigs out if I play games for hours (4hrs +) , such as doom, HL2, or World of Warcraft.

Anyone else having these issues, anyone else have any suggestions as to how to stabize my ATi boxed, x800xt?
