Stability Issue - Power Supply Rails?

I haven't had a stability problem with my system for the longest time. It usually stays rock solid, and I've had it up and running for I believe it was 30-32 days straight. I played mutiple high-end games without an issue and ran many installs including windows updates, program installs and uninstalls, etc, (however I wouldn't restart when it said to), and I would also defrag, to keep the harddrives quick. However, tonite I was woken up by the infamous hard drive bootup, and I don't know what the problem is. I have a few guesses:

One being my roommate just started O/Cing his 64, and his with the voltage increase his temps warmed up the room a bit (CPU Idle 42-45, 49 Prime95 Load <- Pretty bad, Dust related perhaps).

The second, is lately my case fans have been acting weird, however the system temp is 32C.

Lastly, I was considering my power supply rails. I have an Antec TP 480B, with my +12 is 11.61 to 11.67, and my +5 is 4.95. I heard somewhere that there is a +-5% insurance margin, so given that the +12 can go as low as 11.4, and put me in the clear. Is this true?

Any information will help. As we speak I'm Prime95ing it, to just rule out stability issues, and hoping it was just some stupid software conflict...yeah, I'm optimistic ;) Thanks!

Do you have the Antec True Power or True Blue?

My TP430 stays at a pretty constant +12 = 12.2, +5 = 5.00.

I know harddrives pull off the 12 rail to spin their motors... maybe yours is low enough?

Mine is the 480 Blue, and I only have 1 hard drive. Not sure what's going on there...
