"SSL/TLS Encryption Broken, Millions of Websites at Risk"

TLS 1.0 can easily be disabled in a web browser should this become a problem in the wild.
Yea I'm sure if there is a real problem, browser vendors will issue patches to disable 1.0 because ideally 1.1 and 1.2 should be used anyway.

So you are saying that a vulnerbility has been found in something that shouldn't be in use anymore?

If you are using mod_ssl in Apache, and not mod_gnutls, chances are you're running SSLv3 and TLS1.0.
