SSD write speed down

How long the SSD Speed will be degradation. 1 week, 1 month or more?

i have one SSD with Sandfroce Controller, i test the R/W speed: 220/160 MB/S with CDM When i got the new drive. Then i put the big files into the SSD ( Movies ... total 300GB Within 1 week to check the drive. i tested it again one week later . The R/W Speed is 210/80MB/S .

Why writing speed drop a lot within 1 week?

I sent email to the seller, They said that due to my Illegal operations, In order to guarantee the lifespan of SSD, Sandforce controller limit my Writing speed. Is that true?

Yes. Sandforce controllers throttle your bandwidth after a certain amount of usage.
