What is the best software to test the SSD drive wear?
 
You can try SSD Life, but I don't think there is really any way to tell for sure (all the write leveling is handled internally). Are you really worried about it? You can write gigabytes a day for years without any problems. The Intel Toolbox can tell you how much has been written to an Intel drive, but again, that doesn't really tell you anything significant (except maybe comparing between two drives).
 
I would not worry that much about drive wear. Remember that it is very very difficult to kill a drive by wear and that is not the reason why most drives fail. For example Intel claims you can write 20GB a day every single day for 5 years and their drive will still work. Also remember that OCZ/ Sandforce and other failures seem to be controller or firmware failures and not in any way related to wear or bad NAND.
 
I'm not worried about drive failing. I'm planning to sell the drive because of the upgrade and want to give accurate description, and make sure there will be no issues for the buyer.
 
I would just use whatever tool is supplied by the ssd manufacturer. For example Intel's toolbox will give you a wear level.
