SSD Temporary Lockup

Hello [H] Members!

I've been having an odd issue with the SSD boot drive on my server. The drive is a Sandisk Z400s, and every once in a while (maybe once an hour, it's all over the place) the system will just lock up and the HDD activity light on the case will light up solid. When the system is stuck like this, I can't launch or close programs, web browsing will freeze saying "Waiting for cache...", task manager shows maximum usage for the drive but no programs using the data, and anything I try to do during the lockup will all happen at once after the lockup finishes (ex. closing Internet tabs, opening or closing programs).

Any advice?

System Specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon 5350 @ 2.2GHz OC
Mobo: ASRock AM1M-B
Drives: Sandisk Z400s 128GB and Hitachi 750GB HDD scavenged from laptop
RAM: 8GB (2x4GB) Kingston DDR3-1600
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit
