It's quite likely there are large stores in Toronto where I can find SSDs, probably for a nice price. But I can't seem to find them with Google.

What I mean is something like Frys in the USA.

Can someone help me there?

You can't order online? OK...

As the above poster mentioned, Canada Computers (probably the largest pure computer store chain in the Toronto area) & NCIX (primarily online, but a couple stores in Markham, one in Scarborough) are viable options.

An oldie but goodie that's still going strong (but a bit smaller than it used to be) is Infonec. Down to one (Markham) store, but has been around since 1995 and still offers competitive pricing.

Another option is TigerDirect Canada. Like NCIX is mostly online, but stores in Markham, Etobicoke, Vaughan, etc..

Thanks for the suggestions.

Pity Infonec does not stock Samsung, which fortunately Filtech Computer does. Particularly the Samsung 830 in 256Gb, which is the one I am looking for.

The 840 Pro seems to be good, but it's much more expensive.
