SSD - Solid State Drive Query

What is the best SSD bang for the buck right now? Looking for best speed of drive over space, though would like to eclipse 150gb. Price is a factor to a degree. My plan is to use my 640gb WD AAKS for files, but use the SSD for OS and application speed (i.e. gaming).

System -
ASUS P6T Deluxe mobo
Core i7 920 oc'd 3.4ghz
Dark Knight Cooler
9 gb RAM (6gb Crucial 1600, 3gb Corsair XMS 1333)
Nvidia GTX 295
Corsair 750W psu
WD 640gb AAKS
Cooler Master Centurian case
 
c300 or c400 if you wait.. Intel g3 drives arent supposed to be much if any faster then intel g2 drives.
 
If you have to buy now the C300 or C400 makes the most sense. I'd rather wait and see what the Intel G3 drives have to offer though.

Yes & the c400 is not out yet.. mass production is supposed to start later this month according to a little birdie I know so they are probably still at minimum 6 weeks from market.
