SSD Recommendation for laptop

It would be for a Core 2 Duo laptop with 3 GB DDR2. I would prefer 128GB, may consider more if its not too much more $.

I guess one other question I have would be, is it worth looking into a hybrid hard drive? I think I heard they fail more than traditional hard drives though, but I haven't looked into it much..

As a person who has 4 of these I say NO. The reason I say no is performance or lack of performance.
