SSD Raid 0 settings question

I have a EVGA 790i Ultra SLi motherboard and I just bought myself two 100GB OCZ Limited Edition SSD drives for my main storage configuration. Im still wondering if 128kb buffer size was the correct setting for raid0 striped. Should my buffer size me smaller or thats the correct setting?? I'm still not sure if these are the correct performance numbers I should be seeing.

Crystal disk mark 3.0 x64

Seq - Read : 305.5MB's Write - 250.4MB's
512kb - Read : 289.1MB's Write - 226.3MB's
4k - Read : 20.80MB's Write : 50.10KB's
4k QD32 - Read : 43.27 Write : 101.1

Are these correct results? I feel they should be faster.
 
Buffer size? You mean stripesize? 128K seems fine to me.

You do not mention what RAID controller you are using, Intel or some other onboard controller? It appears AHCI/NCQ is inoperable due to your low 4K QD32 reads. The writes look fine to me, though.
Also: what OS? Is your partition properly aligned? If you''re using the Intel controller did you enable write caching option?
 
I'm using the Nvidia nforce raid controller that is on the motherboard itself. I have windows 7 home premium installed, and I let the OS align the partition's. With both two 100GB drives I end up with 186.32GB's to use if thats what you mean. I'm a bit of a novice at setting up raids.

I just see people getting 400+ MB's a second and I was wondering if mine was setup incorrectly or if its the nvidia controller.

Is that the correct benchmark results for my raid0?? Shouldn't I read around 400MB/sec??
 
Nvidia's raid implementation is not known for their high performance. Did you benchmark a single disk?
 
No =/. I took a screenshot in HDTune with the block size set to 128KB.

Thats both drives in raid 0. I didnt benchmark a single drive. I'm going off most reviews I read & stuff on the internet.
