SSD performance degradation

PC Perspective has an interesting article up that looks at performance degradation on Intel X25-Ms. Pretty significant performance lost after a relatively short period of normal use. Anyone seeing this in their system?

wow... interesting read... hopefully we'll see “TRIM”, “DISCARD”, and “UNMAP” built in into the ATA standard soon for the sake of these ssds. I imagine such an update could be rolled into a mobo bios update??
