So here's a quick breakdown of my setup for a short while.

I had 2x 256GB Samsung 840 Pro drives in RAID0 (I know, not the best idea), but I wanted to use them like that for a bit.

I took them out of RAID0 to move to a dual singular drive setup, one for OS and one for programs to make use of TRIM. I reinstalled windows, kept my controller set to RAID (to still use Intel RST), but deleted the array, erased the drives, and reinstalled Windows 7.

Since then, I've been plagued with freezes, and now, bluescreens as frequent as every 8 minutes. The bluescreen is:

Stop: 0x000000F4 (0×00000000003, 0xFFFFFADF50, 0xFFFFFADF50EC32A8, etc)

Which generally appears to be the drive the OS is installed on "vanishes" and in turn, the system cannot write an error dump to it. This can be bad drives, cables, I've even seen where removing the cmos battery and powercycling was a possible solution. I've run Memtest for 3 hours without any errors. I've tested the drives individually and found no errors.

Should I only be using AHCI? Am I missing something? Any ideas?
 
Switching to AHCI would be the obvious next step. Intel RST works with AHCI too, so that's no reason to keep using RAID.
 
I thought I had it at AHCI another time and Intel RST didn't work.

So last night I switched to just AHCI, and let it run all night with just minimal installs (Drivers for motherboard devices) and no graphics drivers or anything extra. Stayed on all night. So now I'm doing nvidia graphics driver, and a few more things for a while to see if there are any issues like that.
