ok so I pick up my laptop Sunday afternoon and it hangs at the bios screen. cant get into set up or boot menu. I removed the drive and it booted ok. Tried the drive in another machine and it was dead, not detected in bios. So I pop a hdd in and start loading windows. So last night I dug out the invoice and got ready to call for an RMA. I figured I would give it one more try and when I hooked up a USB cable it was still dead. I came back 15 min later and it had been detected and I was able to copy all the files off it. I put it back into the laptop and she booted right up after a win7 repair, just like nothing ever happened. WTF ? Any one else had strange behavior from an SSD ? Its a Crucial M4 128GB. not sure I trust it anymore.

Hmmm.. If it's been that flaky i'd say RMA it just to be safe.

Agreed... RMA it to the dealer before your return window closes.
