SSD 60gb benches?

I know there isn't a huge amount of difference between them, but is there some benches somewhere that compare 60gb SSD? Most reviews mix 60, 240, 120, etc. I realize the larger densities are faster, but I want to RAID 0 2 x 60gb together. I have the OCZ Vertex 3 60gb now. Is there any reason to say go with the newer Intel 520 60gb?
 
I wouldn't RAID together different brand SSD's, I don't think. You're just asking for trouble.
Run them separately, or sell it and buy one bigger one.
 
No I don't mean to mix and match. I guess some of the newer Sandforce drives are not going to be much faster than the Vertex.
 
The 520 is silly expensive at $139 to $149. The best 60/64GB drives are the Samsung 830 (~$99 to ~109) and the Mushkin Chronos Deluxe 60 (SF2281 + 32nm Toshiba Toggle NAND, goes for $99 right now at Newegg).

I have benches for both if you'd like to see them.
