I feel like a retard but I can't get the motherboard cable to connect to the PSU. The 10 pin does, but not the 18 pin. Think I can reuse the cable from my SS-660KM?

Well using the cable from the other PSU worked, so I guess I'll send the other cable back with the RMA'd PSU
