SpywareStrike trojan help!

I just got infected by a trojan known as a program called "SpywareStrike"
It tends to show up on my taskmanager with an automatic update icon with an X that blinks on and off. If I click on it, it takes me to the website paying 50 dollars to remove it.

Neither spybot or adaware can remove it. Does anybody else have this problem or can help me out on removing this problem?
