spyware help

I got spyware on my work comp,

Its called "quickscan", its an anti-virus looking spyware that automatically runs a anti-virus looking program at startup, spyware remover cant seem to find it, its not in "add/remove" anyone have any idea on this?

also, any recommended free spyware removers?

We really need to sticky this . . . . .

1) Turn off system restore
2) Download, install and update MalwareBytes, SuperAntiSpyware and Spybot Search & Destroy
3) Boot into safe mode and run MalwareBytes full system scan, reboot into safe mode, run SuperAntiSpyware, reboot, run Spybot, reboot.
4) Should be okay now.
