Ive noticed a new trend with sprint. Ive had a sprint mobile account since they rolled out in 2000.
Ive always paid my bill, and a few months ago I went a FEW DAYS late on my bill.
I had collection calls to my work, home and cell phone at least 15 times in 3 days.
I am researching new carriers atm. I might just go with verizon since my ON-Star vehicle can be used as a phone on the Verizon network.
