It's a FPS that goes back to old school shooters with mod tools released right away.
Level Design, President and CEO, Jason Brice made made some of his own maps for BF 2142 and Dice contacted him to use the maps officially. http://rekoil.com/team_member/jason-brice-2/
There are no unlocks or rank ups. Everything weapon is available day one for each player - about 40 of them. Balance is the name of the game.
I'm excited to go back to old school FPS'in so I wanted to share this so we can get some people playing once it's released DEC 11. Pre- order is only $10.49 - sweet.
I have been not so happy with he mainstream FPS games lately and I'm looking forward to this game for it's simplicity and straight forwardness. You can youtube some videos of game play.
