Same here... pain in the ass 6701 for me on my X6... thank God my Q6600 got a 6060 or I would like not get any production out of my SMP for the day.

2 more 6701s for you and on that alone hiode will catch you.
 
I've got a 6701 on borg #1, a 6701 on borg #2, a 6701 on my HTPC, and a ... YOU GUESSED IT... 6701 on my i7.

Got two in a row on my 1090T....meh nto bad stilla bove 10k ppd.....and a 6025 on my 9450!!!!!! :)....i only have when i have a 6701 on both at once....one at a time i can tolerate

Running a Q9450 (currently stock, might still oc), Propus 635, 2x GTX 460s and an i7 860 (stock unfortunately, stupid Dell)...I am guessing I will hang around 40k ppd unless something happens. I will be out of town for 2 of the next 3 weekends, so hopefully nothing wants to act up then.

Folding/Server/Mess around - Q9450 @3.4 ghz, DFI Lan-Party X38, OCZ Platinum DDR2 800, PNY 9800GTX @700/1998/dont remember

and thats where my points come in :)....want more but broke.....

I just realized that this is an 8 thread CPU! Too bad I'm not putting windows on this machine :( Oh well. It should still pull some decent PPD running SMP units. I may just be able to close the gap and win this race! :p
 
:D that you may.....at 2.4 ghz that wouldnt make BigAdv would it? i thought you need 3.0 or above?
 
I think 2.4 is the absolute bare minimum if you have 8 physical cores and even then if you get a 2684 you won't meet the deadline. So yeah.. no bigadv for this system but it should pull at least 10-12k running SMP.

I'm getting ~10:20 TPF on a 6701 right now not too shabby.. but I have to ask, what's with all the damn 6701's today?!?
 
10:20 TPf on your new one? that wont pull 12k SMP often... at 8:27 avg TPF my 1090t pulls 10k on 6701, and 13k or most other Units

in other news: hiodie went from 1.1 days, to 2.5 days, to 1.2 days overtake in the past 3 updates....very strange indeed.....now if only he can have a power failure i will be golden!
 
After adding a GTX 460 i am getting less PPD than before...

I am getting some really crappy projects I think :(

yep all 6701/6702s and 10632s on the GPU side...lost about 8k ppd I would guess....
 
lol....ya it doesnt affect me as much as you guys it seems, running two 6701's i lose ~6k ppd max....GPU wise i have been very lucky(my 260 hasnt gone below 8k poitns in the alst few days)
 
Well....it looks like I will probably be unofficially backing out of the race....my wife finally found out what I was doing and she doesn't really like me running 3 PCs 24/7. So I will probably cut it back to 1 running all of the time and the other two running some of the time.

Also, is there a way to limit the bandwidth that it uses when uploading/downloading? I've never seen anything just completely bring my internet to a halt like F@h. I assume I could possibly do something with my router to limit bandwidth per computer, but that wouldn't help for the computer uploading. I'm not big into networking, so if someone can throw me some advice, I would appreciate it.

Interesting. Never seen a slow down. Though im on a 25/2 line....restricting computers access in router is what i think is easiest.

A win for me :) but loss for team :(.
