Greetings, i'm having a problem with my intel processor, the speedsetp function seem´s to me isn´t working properly, if i set turbo mode, cpu runs at 3.8, 3.9 and the multiplier should decrease and bring speed down when cpu isn´t beeing need and that´s not happening, if i increase cpu speed in bios cpu-z is showing core speed always at maximum speed and the multiplier never goes down, any help?

Problem solved, somehow asus ai suite did make something on my operating system, after all the problem was software and not hardware.
