Speeds look accurate?

I'll admit, Memory is one of the weakest things for me to verify speeds on when looking at CPU-Z.
I installed this memory:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820011043
I initially went into my BIOS to verify it was running at the advertised speed, as reports of higher frequency memory do not some times initially. I thought it was low so I bumped to about 21xx where my motherboard has that step available in the drop down menu. Wouldn't boot, then went down one step and wouldn't boot. I think I left it around 18xx.
Everywhere I see 2133 though. Per CPU-Z, does this look liek the memory is running at the correct speed? What numbers besides CAS values should I be verifying.

Thanks for the help

You are running above the rated speed and faster than the XMP profile in that second screenshot. Multiple by 2x to get the effective speed for a dual channel ram config, so 1088x2 = 2178 MHz. When you see it being reported as 800 MHz, that may be just reported the JEDEC profile info.
