I am very confused with this software

supossedly its the best there is, but im lost on how to configure this thing

as by my specs below, this is my first custom pc, and the fans were ok at first but on day 2 i realized its like a jet

any help

Have you tried reading through the help topics? It doesn't cover everything in Speedfan, but it will tell you how to configure the app to control fans attached to the motherboard headers.
 
guess what i mean is i have no clue how to use this program, there doesnt seem to be any clear instructions for it
 
I'd suggest then reading through the Help topics that come with Speedfan (press F1.)

Be aware that Speedfan only controls fans that are attached to the motherboard fan connectors, and not all motherboards or fan connectors will work with Speedfan.
