So today I got finished building my computer and used speed fan and real temp to check the temps. When I use speed fan everything is like 35c except CPU which it says is 128c! Yet it's stayed at the same number for hours!

I am using a cooler master Hyper 212 EVO
 
try to download any free version of ADIA64. If you haven't used it before there's tons of diagnostic stuff and gives accurate temps for amd very well. When installed, open it, you'll see a list of items click computer, then to the far right you'll see an option to click sensor click it & hopefully it displays correct temps.
