Ok,
I have an the following system:
msi-6712 MB
athlon xp 2500+ barton (OC to 2800+)
3 pc2700 samsung ddr ram
SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9800 PRO Video Card, 128MB DDR, 256-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP -BULK -OEM
---------------------------------
I just bought Medal of Honor pacific assault. If I run it at 1024x768 72hz and turn detail up to high. I get a fps of 20 on average.
I realize my machine is not even close to cutting edge but it plays and doom3 and Farcry at reasonable settings.
So, would I be better off upgrading to an athlon64 2800+ and MB, or getting a better socket A cpu, or getting a different socket a MB?
I have checked to video card and Everest home version lists it as a 256 bit.
Thanks,
Dan...
