Well I have a 2.8C overclocked to 3.2Ghz on an XP-120 and it's been running like that for months now. I have 2 instances of DVD Shrink running, so heavy load and for whatever reason I just opened CPU-Z. The FSB is shooting every few seconds from 230 to like 244 and the speed is getting up to like 3.5Ghz almost.

I've never heard of core speed changing like this, not really concerned just super odd. This a real thing or CPU-Z having a stroke?
