Speed difference between PIII-M 1.0Ghz and 1.13Ghz?

Was thinking about getting an IBM T23 but not sure if its worth the $50 or so extra to get one that has the 1.13ghz proc. Can anyone comment? TIA.

For the IBM owners out there, what will warranty cover/not cover? Cracked case? Cracked LCD? Dead pixels? All the ones that are floating out there have warranties that end in March or April, 05 so I dont wanna get stuck with something that wont be covered.
 
i would say it isn't worth the $50. i have a 900 mhz t22 and i can't imagine realizing much of a difference for what i use it for.

save the $50 and put it to a better hard drive. that's my next upgrade.
 
Obviously you're not going to be playing games or editing video or anything too processor-intensive (that's not why you'd buy a computer so nice and small in the first place). So I'd say save the 50 bucks, because for the stuff you're probably going to use it for you won't notice a difference.
 
Thanks for the replies. First thing to upgrade if I get it will be a 7200rpm hdd and 512mb stick of RAM.
