i saw some stuff about the qpack supplied psu only having 20-pin connectors, and i know there are some things that take 24-pin connectors. since i have no idea where the hell to find these or what they look like (i just sorta hope that the plugs fit when i put something into my comp >.>), i wanted to ask if the psu would work with these specs, or if it is absolutely necessary to get a new psu (i dont want ppl saying i need a new one neways, i'm already thinking of that, i just want to know if the comp will b able to start or not)

these r the only things that would matter for the power pins right? cuz my hard drive's old, cpu and ram just plugs into the mobo (no power leads required) etc.

will i need to get a 20-24 pin converter? or any other solutions would help. thanks.
 
most newer motherboards have the 24 pin connector, but don't necessarily need the 24 pin connector. They usually have a little sticker over the last 4 pins to show the user that you can use a 20 pin connector. I am not completely sure about that Foxconn mobo but my ECS Skt 939 matx mobo had the sticker thing, but I use an Antec NeoPower 480 with a 24 pin connector.. BUT it did work with the stock X-Qpack PSU.
