If you play a stereo signal you obviously can't get surround out of it.

impossible to give advise with out knowing all the hardware and software in use and how its hooked up

so how can i send spotify signal so it plays on all speakers

Most AV Receivers have some kind of stereo to surround sound upmix - they often have several.

Post your equipment and configuration if you want something more specific.

Set the Denon to multi channel stereo.
There should be a series of colored buttons towards the bottom of the remote, one of them will say music. Press that then select "Multi-Channel Stereo" in the box that pops up.

Yes multi-room and 'enhanced stereo' have nothing to do with the original audio signal. They're completely artificial additions supported by the audio gear. The best way to figure those out is to consult the OEM documentation. For example my old Pioneer AV amplifier needs to be configured for 'SW plus' in order to play back stereo music with the subwoofer out. If it's left to 'standard' the LFE out will output signal only when multi-channel sound is being played out.
