Speaker wattage output question...

Okay thanks for coming to my thread  Now I have a couple questions...

I am upgrading my Z-340's because I need something more powerful in the subwoofer department.

I am looking at a couple systems, unsure what to get. For the subwoofer, should I mainly focus on the watts it has or the total output wattage? The Z-340 sub is 20W and I need something that bumps harder and sounds better.

If anyone has any recommendations in the sub $60 department, please reply. Thanks,

I'd recommend the Promedia SWS from Klipsch. It'll function as an add-on to any PC sound system and it's got considerable power. It's also about $99 ($30 more than your limit) but may be worth going through the couch one more time for loose change.
